In the Information Technology sector there are well-known procedures for certifying teachers and trainers of a certain technology or product provided by the manufacturers (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainers or Adobe Certified Instructors).

In the same spirit, Microgate has decided to create the 'Microgate Certified Instructor' figure. Specialized technicians, who have good knowledge of Microgate and/or Lynx products, are awarded the 'MCI' title following specific training and a short exam, becoming 'certified' trainers, who can train other people.

A first agreement has been reached with the FiCR (Italian Timers Federation), showing great interest in hiring and having certified a certain number of 'chronomen' who already have a particularly good knowledge of our products.

It is possible that in the future this initiative will also be extended to coaches for Training products (OptoJump Next, Kit Racetime2 Light) and to people working in the medical and rehab field for OptoGait.
